First instalement of a series of workshop aiming to improve your thai boxing skills, and mostly having a good time.
We are starting with a “Back to the Basics” workshop : warm up for fighting sports, hand wraping, steps, defense, combos, physical conditioning, and much more.
This workshop is addressed to everyone who : want to start Thai boxing with the basics, intermediate who wants to sharpen up their skills, or anyone who want to spend a good time while exercising in group.
Please come in comfortable cloth and don’t worry about shoes because we’re going bare foot.
Don’t forget to bring water!
